1. Go to your forms area in IC3 > click templates
2. Click on import template > upload the icapp file
3. Once you upload the file, you'll see the template on the screen > hover over the newly imported template > click on use this template
4. Once you click on use this template, you'll se a popup to save the template > select a category > save
5. You'll see the form saved as a draft in the selected category > from here you can go on to edit the form
