At Intranet Connections, we regularly apply patches and upgrades to keep your Private Cloud (PC) environment secure, stable, and up to date. This article explains what you can expect from our process.
Patches (Routine Maintenance)

What they are: Small, routine updates for security, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

When they happen: Monthly, as part of our standard maintenance cycle.

Notice: You’ll receive an email letting you know when a patch is scheduled for your environment. If the proposed date/time doesn’t work, you can reply to reschedule.

Impact: Minimal to no disruption. Our team verifies your environment after each patch to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Upgrades (Planned Releases)

What they are: Larger updates that may include new features, design changes, or improvements.

When they happen: Periodically, based on our product roadmap.

Notice: You’ll receive an upgrade notice by email in advance with a proposed date/time and the option to confirm or reschedule. You may also be invited to book a time using our scheduling link.

Impact: Some upgrades may require a short maintenance window. Our team will let you know what to expect before the update begins.

Verification: After the upgrade, we will verify your system and may complete a functionality review with you if needed.
