What LLM is used for the Omnicraft AI and how is that model trained?  

  • The LLM, we are using is GPT 4o-mini for generative AI (omni-craft) for search. It's configurable, but 4o-mini is still our cloud recommendation.

  • We use pre-trained standard models, so your data will not be used for training, or any direct/indirect model improvement.

What AI model does IC 3.0 use?

AI Search:

  • Searches only your organization's intranet content.

  • Retrieves relevant information using a RAG architecture.

  • Generates plain-language answers based on retrieved content.

  • Enforces existing intranet permissions before content is retrieved.

  • Users can only receive answers based on content they already have permission to view.
