How to Submit a Feature Request or Enhancement

We welcome customer feedback and ideas.

 Feature requests play an important role in shaping the future of Intranet Connections. To ensure requests are reviewed consistently and reach the right teams, all feature requests and enhancement ideas must be submitted using our Feature Requests form.

 

When to Submit a Feature Request

Use the Feature Request form if you want to:

  • Suggest a new feature or capability

  • Propose an enhancement to an existing feature

  • Share ideas that would improve usability, performance, or efficiency

  • Request functionality not currently available in the product

 If you are experiencing a bug or need help using an existing feature, please contact Support instead of submitting a feature request.

 

How to Submit a Feature Request

Step 1: Access the Feature Request Form

Step 2: Provide Key Details

To help our Product team properly evaluate your request, please include:

  • A clear description of the feature or enhancement

  • The problem you’re trying to solve or the goal you’re trying to achieve

  • How this change would improve your team’s experience

  • Any examples, screenshots, or workflows (if applicable)

The more context you provide, the easier it is for us to assess feasibility and impact.

 

Step 3: Submit the Form

Once submitted:

  • Your request is logged and reviewed by our Product team

  • Requests are evaluated alongside customer demand, technical feasibility, and product roadmap priorities

  • Not all requests are guaranteed to be implemented, but all submissions are reviewed and considered

 

What Happens Next

  • Feature requests are tracked internally and may influence future releases

  • If additional clarification is needed, our team may follow up

  • Product timelines and roadmap decisions are shared at our discretion and may change over time

 

Helpful Notes

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee implementation

  • Feature requests are different from paid professional services or custom development

  • High-quality, well-scoped requests are easier to evaluate and prioritize
