Birthday
The Birthday Widget displays employees with upcoming birthdays. It can be customized to display employees from a specific department and show birthdays a set number of days in advance,
Users can also celebrate their colleagues by adding an emoji reaction or posting a comment directly within the widget.
Anniversary
The Anniversary Widget displays employees with upcoming work anniversaries, including the number of years they’ve been with the organization.
Users can also celebrate their colleagues by adding an emoji reaction or posting a congratulations message directly within the widget.
To add the Celebration Widget:
Edit Current Page > Add Section > Add Celebration Widget
Configure the Celebration Widget
- Enter a Title for the widget.
- Choose whether to Show Header.
- Under Celebration Type, select Birthday, Work Anniversary, or both.
- Under Who to Display, select a specific Department, if desired.
- Choose the timeframe for Show Upcoming & Recent Celebrations.
- Celebrations from the last 3 days are always included to ensure weekend celebrations are not missed.
- Choose whether to display the employee's:
- Photo
- Job Title
- Department
- Enable or disable Show Reactions and Show Comments.
- Click Publish to save your changes.
